A little bit about me...

Hey hunni! My name is Lorelle Perrin. I am a hairdresser by trade for 18 years, a salon owner for nearly 11 and have been educating for 10! I believe we work in the best industry on the planet and that you can make as much money as you want, given the right systems, structure, and environment. My mission is to help industry professionals reach their full potential in this beautiful field of ours through both personal and professional development.

My journey as salon owner, industry educator, and professional growth coach, has led me to solutions to problems I KNOW others in our industry face every day. I want to share my approach and the solutions to those problems so that the path to success can happen quicker for others than it was for myself. If we can help one another along the way, I believe our industry as a whole will produce statistics we can all be proud of and more salon professionals will have success stories to share.
